disneydream06Got a email from my nurse manager about the No Float policy.
My station doesn't make their nurses float after the age of 60 or after 35 years of service.
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So needless to say I don't get yet another F'ing benefit for all the years I have put in that that frickin' place.
I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More like par for the course. I do want to see that policy in written form. I am tired of one person telling me one thing, and another telling me something different.
