disneydream06I went to see the new Disney/Pixar movie Brave last night.
Simply said, It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is the story of a Scottish princess that wants to change her destiny. She doesn't want to have to be pushed into a marriage she does not want.
She finds a witch and asks for a spell that will change her mom, so that she won't have to get married.
The spell works too well, kind of. He mom is changed, into a bear. And after two days, the spell become permenant. :o
And just to complicate things a little, her triplet little brothers get ahold of some of the magical cake and turn into bears too.
Why a bear? When she was a little girl her father had to fight off a bear that attack her and her mom, and her dad lost a leg to the bear. So of course dad is none to happy to find a bear in the castle.
Now granted, I am a bit of a softie, but when an animated movie can make me cry, it's doing a fabulous job telling it's story.
