Vance is talking in a press conference atm, the story he is spinning (the guy who shot her was defending himself) is pure fiction. No impartial investigation into it. He just keeps repeating the same thing as though that will make it true. He simply has no shred of humanity for the woman or her motherless kids. What a nasty piece of work.
