I was a little worried what the scale was going to say today. We had pizza over the weekend, and let's just say, I ate way too much.
Apparently, the belly ache I had afterward must have helped a little. lol.....

Usually, one "cheat" meal during the week is a good thing. But your body reacts to trends-- like how much you usually eat in a day. If you're always having cheats, you'll gain weight, like during the holidays. But once a week is good for your body and sanity. Keep up the good work!
