No update today.

My scale that I just bought two months ago is a worthless piece of crap. The digital display was getting really hard to read so I thought maybe the battery was going bad. So I stopped and got a new one this morning. I stepped on the scale and you can barely see anything now. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad I bought the stupid thing on sale.
So needless to say, I am in the market for another new scale. :o
I will hopefully be back with numbers next week. Meanwhile, I will try hard not to blow it between now and then.
I have been walking on my breaks at work and getting almost a full hour walk in. I wore my very cheap little pedometer last night and according to that I walked about 2.7 miles. :) Also a small start, when I get to work, I ride the elevator up to the 5th floor and walk up the last two flights to the 7th floor. :)
Now I just need to slow the eating down. And start to eat some healthier things, aka fruits and veggies. :)

Fruits and veggies being healthy is one of the great nutritional myths our moms bought into and forced down our throats. Most of them are loaded with carbs, fructose is a mean sugar that puts belly fat on us, and fiber is overrated.

Eat more fresh foods if you must make a change, and cut out processed.
Thats means breads and pizza, sadly.
