Here is the first response I have gotten from NWA about my dissatisfaction with their rescheduling of my flight.
So much help. NOT.......

meeting certain obligations. We have made every effort to rebook your
reservations on flights timed as closely as possible to your original
schedule.

contact one of our reservations sales agents for further assistance.
