I am so beyond pissed at this point.
Over the July 4th weekend I got an email from Northwest Airlines telling me they had changed my flight from Minneapolis to Orlando. It went from a non stop flight to a stop and plane change Detroit. That was bad enough.
NOW I just got another email from Northwest telling me they have changed my flights AGAIN. This time they are changing both the flight down and the flight back. I am so unbelievably pissed off.
Now I have like a 2 hour delay in Detroit and I have to stop in Memphis on the way home on a smaller airplane.

If ticket prices were still low, I would be so tempted to say screw it and just get another ticket on another airline.

Isn't there a site online some where that you can go on to complain about businesses???

NWA has been doing this A LOT since the merger w/Delta.

:( i'm sorry. That does suck...you can go and complain and they might give you food vouchers to use one your delay...or perhaps bump you up to first class or even a free ticket...I've gotten lots of free stuff from airports! :)

I have already sent in one email complaint to NWA, and another friend posted a link to another place to email them though. I will have to see what that one has.
It's just so annoying. Are they pretending to have these non stop flights to get you to book with them and then they disappear, or are they just simply screwing with their customers? Blah.....
