Diet Update.............

What the heck happened. :(
Last week I was shocked by a big weight loss. So of course this week, I gained. :(
For the last few days I have been feeling kind of bloated. I think I must be having a man period. :p

Oh well, here's the numbers:

Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs

Lost or Gained This Week: +.9 lbs

Total Lost or Gained: -11.6 lbs

This has been since Jan. 1st. So I really can't complain. :p
It's just that first time with the scale going back up instead of down. Blah. :p

Weight isn't an absolute measure, you have to remember. It really might be water. As long as the general trend stays downward, you should be good.
