Diet Update........

Let's start with the bad news. I fell off the diet wagon over the weekend. I kind of went to town Sunday and ate, and ate, and ate. I can't even use the excuse of the Super Bowl. I juat ate.
So what good news can there possibly be after that tidbit?
Today's Weight: XXX.X
Lost or Gained This Week: -4.6 lbs
Total Lost or Gained: -12.5 lbs
I need to cheat on my diet more often. I thought for sure I was going to gain a little weight this week.
Totally unexpected...
