Diet Week # 22........

The last couple of weeks have been nothing but a slippery slope down for me. I basically stopped dieting, and did nothing but eat. I was too ashamed to admit it and get on the scale to tell you all. Now, I have gotten my act together and I am back on the right path. I am determined to see it through this time. I have started walking at home now too, not just on my breaks at work. I have even started to bring walk cloths with me to work so if the weather is bad in the morning, I will be heading over to the local mall to do my walking indoors. :)
And now of the bad news.....
Today's Weight: 249.5 lbs
Total Gained: 8.6 lbs

one week back in your old routine and i'm sure that most of the gained weight will fall right back off..... our bodies are good like that! :D
