I am so disappointed in myself.
I generally have pretty strong will power when I am dieting. It was ONLY January 18th, and I cheated. ARGH!!!!!!!!
It could have been much worse, but still I cheated.
I need to get a grip and stay focused.

as long as it's only one day, the damage should be manageable....

You could do a little pennance. Go for a long walk and work some of it off. Take the stairs for a few days. For me, the excersize helps so much. On Weight watchers you earn activity points which make up for extra food points.
You'll be fine, you have to give in to the cravings sometimes or you'll go crazy and binge.

The last couple of rounds on the treadmill, I have been up to 1 1/2 hours. That would be no problem, but I am also breaking in some new shoes, so my feet are a little on the sore side. :p
