Just a little stormy in Minnesota yesterday and last night.
To say the least. :o

Before I went to bed Thursday morning there were already reports of baseball sized hail in some parts of Minnesota. Thankfully not in my neck of the woods. It continued like that pretty much all day.
When I woke up things were still not bad in our area, but it was getting closer. By 8:30 pm we had lost power. It was still out when I left for work at 10 pm. The frustrating part was the next block over from us, they had power. argh...
From what I heard there were tornados and 70+ mile an hours winds all around. The county I live in and another are under a flash flood warning until 2:30 am. How the heck do they decide those times. As of 2:30 am the flood waters will go away? lol.....
For the most part I think we dodged the bullet this time. Strong winds and a lot of rain, but at least we didn't get the hail and tornados. Thank you God.

The old vacation will actually begin one week from this coming morning. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh shit, I was waiting for the power to go out, although I admit, I got tired, and slept through the bulk of the storm. In the basement, just in case.

I was all about burning candles, and sitting on the poarch, and having a good ole time. Power or no power, it was cool as hell
