The BIGGEST thing for me I think is the walking. I do about an hour and 1/4 on the days I work and then an hour and 1/2 on the days I don't. When my show gets done and I have some more time, I will probably increase the times.
I probably eat at least half, calorie wise, what I normally eat, and no sweets.
