A Day in the Life.........
Aug. 6th, 2018 12:21 amI just got home from seeing the movie, "Christopher Robin".
It is a beautiful movie.
I am so full of warm fuzzies. I can't help but just smile. :)
It tells the story of what happens when Christopher Robin grows up and has to leave the Hundred Acre Woods and all his friends there.
Christopher grows up, has to go to war, and then comes home and joins corporate England.
Pooh Bear and his friends help him find himself again.
For Disney fans, during the closing credits they have a little clip of the people from the movie enjoying themselves down at the beach and there is a guy playing the piano and singing a song. That guy is Richard Sherman from the famous Sherman Brothers duo. They wrote so many of the famous songs from so many hit Disney movies from back in the day, including the original Winnie the Pooh movie.
I even had the honor to meet one of the Sherman Brothers once.
Just can't remember if it was Richard or Robert. If I hunt down the album covers I got autographed, I could tell you. :p
As for the movie, it gets two thumbs up from me. :)
