Why is this story only being reported now? It happened last year. Probably the law suit ... The TSA had its funding cut by several million dollars. I don't doubt that the level of training and the quality of agent was affected. It sounds like the agents were afraid of the young woman and responded badly. I feel for Hannah and her parents. This is why I doubt my nephew will ever fly. He would never understand the process we go through to get on a plane.
