I didn't think I ate enough at the fair to make any difference, but apparently it did.
Today's Weight: 221.2 lbs
Gained This Week: + 2.6 lbs
Total Lost: - 36.6 lbs
For some reason out of curiosity, I got on the scale this morning.
It read 218.6. The same as last week.
So does that mean I can skip yesterday's number? LOL...............
