Diet Update.........................
Aug. 21st, 2015 10:37 amIt's been a couple of weeks since I got on the scale. I forgot to weigh last week before eating breakfast, so I just decided to wait the week.
Thankfully I can say after two weeks, I didnt' gain weight. :)
Today's Weight: 221.4 lbs
Lost This Week: - 2.0 lbs
Total Lost: - 36.4 lbs

the elevator was NOT automatic
yes, once upon a time there were elevator operators
when the door opened the operator announced what direction he was taking the elevator
you would then know if you wanted to get on
He (it was always a man) would say "Going Down" or "Going Up"
