it's awesome that you managed to get back on track again

In a way I'm glad I promised Tienne not to go lower than 61 kilo because somehow I still feel fat. And i know if I hadn't made that promise I would still go lower.
I think being a chubby and large girl all my life has left this image in my head that it so burned in there that it won't go away

I always keep my promises.
It just sucks I still feel so fat somehow. Perhaps I must look at myself in the mirror more often and actually SEE the new me. When I see myself in Zumba class in the mirrors there I always am shocked how tiny I look compared to the others. But the moment I don't see my reflection anymore, the chubby girl is back somehow :(

Wear some of your "fat" cloths around the one once in awhile. That should help remind you how much smaller you have gotten. :)

I never was able to do that, because I always told myself that -if- i ever went to that size....
