Diet Update.........................

Time for the annual diet to begin. Wouldn't it be lovely to not have to say that again?
Stepped on the scale this morning, and I have good news and bad news.
The good news? I am back on my diet.
The bad news? I weigh more now then I started last year at, by 4.2 lbs.
Today's Weight: 257.8 lbs
