Book Reading......
Feb. 28th, 2012 06:33 pmFinished up book No. 8 this morning.
I read Small Gods by Terry Pratchett. It is the thirteenth book in the DiscWorld series.
Over all the story was okay, but I was disappointed. I think mostly in the writing and not the story itself. He used some really strange names and also when switching between areas of the story some times it would take me a few lines to figure out who was who talking and then I would usually back up and read it again to put names to comments.
The wrap up of the last 40 or pages was pretty good though. So it did end on a good note.
Book List 2012:
1. Schulz and Peanuts by David Michaelis
2. The Avengers: Too Many Targets by John Peel and Dave Rogers
3. The Journey of Crazy Horse by Joseph M. Marshall III
4. Witches Abroad by Terry Pratchett
5. Eva Braun by Heika B. Gortemaker
6. Bound in Flesh by David Thomas Lord
7. All of Me by Anne Murray and Michael Posner
8. Small Gods by Terry Pratchett
