I was a good boy and went out caucusing last evening.
I had been tempted not to, simply because there really is no race on the Democrat side of things, but I thought if I had the county convention date off I might go to that. So I went.
Talk about a difference 4 years can make. At the last caucus when Obama was running against Hillary Clinton we had close to 100 poeple at the Democrat caucus. This time around with no competition there were only 13 people there. :p
I was "volunteered" to be the secretary. :p
At least I didn't get volunteered to be precinct chair again. :o Not even associate chair. lol...
We did our thing and called it an evening.
The county convention is on my weekend off so I am probably going to attend. Even though I am not a big fan of the leaders of our county. Can you say, Under and iron thumb?


On the Republican side, I hate to say Minnesota picked Santorum. UGH, Minnesota's Republican party has pulled WAY Right too apparently. :(

Sad that only 13 people showed up though...I hope you can make it to the county convention as well.

The only trouble with going to the County is that I will have worked the night before and it usually lasts pretty much all day. :o

Surprised Rick did as well as he did. Arizona and Michigan have Primaries on the 28th. Should be interesting....

I have to laugh at the pundits.
Romney really needs to win Michigan.
Well, if he doesn't win his old home state than he might as well just quit now. LOL.......
Arizona I think will the more interesting one to watch. Are you far enough Right to vote for Rick, or will John deliver for Mitt?
