Well, I'm back after a couple of weeks.
I was bad and skipped last weeks weigh in because I thought I had gained too much weight.
I decided this week no matter what I needed to get back on track.
I have been really laxed about my dieting, so a gain is coming. Thankfully, when I stepped on the scale, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I am hoping to get back to doing some walking, if nothing else on my breaks at work.

So here's the news...

Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs

Difference This Week: + 1.6 lbs

Total Difference: - 19.2 lbs

As for your gain this week, there's always next week! ♥

I went from 176 to 168 to 172 to 170.2 where I am now. I know I need to change something, but I keep thinking that the only way to get results are to skip meals and really cut out food haha. I like eating way too much.

Skipping meals isn't the best, and I shouldn't preach, because I end up doing that when I am acting in a show, simply because I don't have time and am too lazy to fix something to take along. :p
