But it's not what the recent ones were appointed to do. It hasn't been a legitimate judicial body since President Obama was denied his right to appoint a judge. I said at the time that was going to become everybody's problem, and nobody believed me. So here we are.
The legitimacy of a government body is determined by the extent to which it follows its own rules, for establishment and performance -- or not. In this case, not. It isn't a joke. It is an open attack on American government. The current regime is now in the "drown it in the bathtub" phase. They've always been open about that goal. Most people simply didn't believe them. I've read enough history that this is not a surprise for me. :/
Most people are slow and stupid. I mean, it took China over 30 years to recognize problems that I predicted in less than 30 seconds when I was in grade school, with their One Child Policy.
