I typed out an entry and went to copy it for another journal and I hit paste instead. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Melissa Etheridge concert was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The show was amazing. I think Melissa was on stage for a total of at least 2 hours and 50 minutes.
She kind of told the story of her life through her songs. She started out by saying she had been born and raised in Kansas. It is a nice place to be born in. :p She always knew she was different. But she really knew she was different from the way she felt when she watched Charlie's Angels. lol........
It was great, but I think it drained all the testosterone out of me. I swear the audience was at least 98% female. I suppose being at an all girl's college and Melissa being a lesbian had a little something to do with that. LoL..........
Afterward I drove into Minneapolis to hit a bar I use to go to. It was stripper night and I thought I could rebuild my testosterone levels. What a waste. You just can't find a decent/hot stripper when you want one. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the way home I saw a shooting star. It was so cool. Just out of no where there it was. I have seen them before where meteor showers have come through the area, but I have never seen a single one like that before.


This Sunday there is a benefit concert just South of Stewartville. They are raising money for cancer research. The headlining band is one that was made up by two of the dancers from Dancing With the Stars. It would be kind of fun to go see them, but should I be spending money when I have a Clinic bill heading my way? I will have to see what the weekend brings. :)

I heard someone on a radio show say how good the concert was & that she had done a song originally for Clinton as the first female president & had to change the lyrics so it went with the first black president instead.

I remember the song, but I guess I didn't realize it was for Hilliary Clinton first.
Charlie's Angels rocked at least for the first couple of seasons. By the end it was getting pretty bad. Can you say: Tanya Roberts? :o

My family know a couple that lives in the home town of the actress that played Kris, can't think of her name right now, and they said she's kind of a jerk. :p

It is kind. But I always kind of got that feeling from her that she was better than you. :p

I am sitting here waiting for my doc appointment. About 50 minutes before I have to be over there. So I can probably head over in about 30 minutes maybe. :p
