disneydream06I am considering resigning from the theater board that I currently sit on. The first year of my two year term is done at the end of the year. It hasn't been the most thrilling experience so far. And there is a lot of things that are so not worth the hassle.
We had a meeting at the end of last month where I turned in some receipts to get reimbursed. I still have not seen a check. I emailed our business manager and I still haven't heard from her either. Hey, we are talking $95 here. If I don't resign I will definitely not be doing any more baking for them. Our next meeting is next Tuesday. My check had better be delivered before than. And if she puts up any stink at all about paying me I will resign on the spot.
Sometimes you just have to watch out for yourself.
