I've read that The Felon is already hinting that Netflix may be too big to take on WB too.

I think Netflix can say bye bye to their bid. A shame from my point of view as a Netflix user.

My only worry if Netflix gets it would be fewer movies in the theaters and more on Netflix.
But I think it might be worse if the other group gets it because it will become a propaganda tool for The Felon. :o
