Apparently it's perfectly fine for the Government to threaten Corporations by attacking their First Amendment rights...
Georgia’s Lt. Governor Threatens Delta for Cutting NRA Ties
Georgia’s lieutenant on Monday publicly threatened Delta, a private company headquartered in Atlanta, for its decision to end discounts for National Rifle Association members. “I will kill any tax legislation that benefits @Delta unless the company changes its position and fully reinstates its relationship with @NRA,” Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle tweeted. “Corporations cannot attack conservatives and expect us not to fight back.” Delta and United Airlines both severed marketing ties with the NRA over the weekend, joining a host of companies like Enterprise, Symantec, and First Bank of Omaha to end discount partnerships with the powerful gun lobby.
