Well, I am back with a new scale.
I shall continue where I left off.

Lost This Week: - 0.2 lbs.

Total Lost: - 8.1 lbs.

Awesome!! I wish I could say the same. But, I now have access to the Biggest Loser Cook Book and am going to use it!! Hopefully that will help.

I need to try and get some walking going. That is what helps me a lot. Just hope my feet hold out. :o
