I expected Martha Stewart to get off with a slap on the wrist, but she didn't even get slapped. She got powderpuffed. Five months at Club Fed, five months mansion confinment, and a $30,000 fine. Give me a break. And she gets to appeal before she does any time. I am willing to bet she doesn't ever see the inside of that prison.
And upon hearing the news of this harsh(wink wink) sentence the stock of her company actually went UP. So apparently is it good business to go to prison? I don't get it.
Sadly, just like Michael and Kolby she had her groupies waiting and chanting outside the courthouse. How sad is that?
