The Secretary of State in Ohio is playing fast and furious with the Tuesday election there.

The big vote is whether or not to over turn the Republican law that outlawed union bargaining abilities.
Early voting has already started in Ohio.
However, the Sec of State has closed down the early voting and will now only allow voting in person on Tuesday.
Talk about voter surpression. How do you close down early voting after it has already started?

Ohio Voter Suppressiion

This latest episode sounds jusst about normal for dear old Ohio, where I live. We sent a former two-term governor to the US Senate, replaced him with a new Republican Gov. who within 6 months had the state in near-bankrupcy, got re-elected and now our new, current Governor, who won on the tails of last Fall's housecleaning has us further in the hole...financially and physically. This is Ohio, where they don't do anything for the consittuents except tax them...and tell them who to vote for.

I look at the situation there and I am so thankful that here in Minnesota the Dems managed to to take the Governor's office after the Repubs too the House and Senate for the first time in many years. :o Hopefully Gov. Dayton keeps his veto pen handy. :o
I hope the people of Ohio will show thier politicians a thing or two on Tuesday.
