I was naughty and spent another $29 on my plane ticket. :o

I decided to go on Continental's site and see if I could pick my seat assignments.
The "complimentary" seat choices were available on all but one leg of my trip, the one from Newark to Orlando. There were a few first class tickets and a few extra legroom/exit aisle seats and one of the rows was only an extra $29. So decided to go with one of those and have a little extra leg room for awhile. :p
All my seat choices are window seats. That wasn't too hard to get on the flight from Minneapolis to Newark. It's one of those huge planes that have one seat on one side and two on the other. :p

After doing that I looked up the cost of the flight and yep it was something like $1070. Still with the cost of the one seat my ticket is only $220.00. :) I think I will keep my mouth shut on this flight. Don't want to get beat up by somebody that paid the current going rate. :o

Extra leg room is a good thing while flying!! I am fairly tall (5'10") and have longer legs...so I know what its like to be cramped while traveling. And window seats are a must for me.

And yeah, I wouldnt go blabbing about what you piad for your ticket, lol...you want to enjoy your vacation, not spend it in the hospital, lololol

I was curious what they were charging for the first class, but they didn't list it until you started to book it. :p I am sure it was a few hundred. :o

I know when Saima and her BF at the time went to Hawaii and upgraded to first class seats, it cost them $250/seat change. She said it was so worth it though, on that long flight. I dont know, I have only flown first class once and kinda thought it was over rated. lol
