Book No. 12 is under my belt.
I just finished reading Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express last evening.
I have seen the movie that was made from the book several years ago. It stayed fairly loyal to the book. So it was kind of a for fun read in that I really knew the story.
My friend Mr. Owl recently read this book and commented that it started off kind of slow. I didn't think it was too bad. After the movie, it actually starts off pretty fast. The book starts off with the train ride itself, where as the movie goes back in time to the kidnapping/murder that was the cause for the murder in the book.
I have to admit that I have always found the end of the book disappointing.
I don't really want to give anything away in case somebody wants to read and see what happens. But if you want to know why I am disappointed ask me in a comment. :p

First chapter drags a bit because nothing is really happenning. Then it picks up and makes up for lost time....unlike the train!!

You're catching me up. I knew I'd start to lag behind as soon as I started work

Well, if I would get my butt out and try and get some walking done, I wouldn't be doing so well in the reading department. :p
