disneydream06Last night after rehearsal the director was giving us notes. Towards the end he listed a couple of people he wanted to speak to. I was one of them. :o
Then the "costumer" gave us some notes and also wanted to speak to me.
So afterward, I talked with the "costumer" and she just wanted me to switch a couple of my shirts around. No biggie.
Then I went down to talk to the director.
He joked that he needed to have his yearly Spring chat with me.
He wanted to offer me a part in his next show. I am one of his go to guys when he doesn't get enough/the right people for auditions. lol...
The show is a musical that he helped write about the Scottish or is it Irish girl Lorna Doone.
I would be a prosperous farmer. No solo singing, which is good for everybody concerned, and would only require 1 or 2 days a week for rehearsals.
I was looking forward to getting back to my boring life, but I really enjoy theater, and I would guess there would be a lot of the same people I have done shows the last couple of years. They are a fun group.
So do I or don't I?
