Diet Update....
Dec. 17th, 2009 08:44 amI am having one of those "Don't ask me how?", kind of weigh ins.
I haven't walked for about a week and half, and I have eaten way more than I should be, and yet, I have lost a goodly amount.
How the heck did that happen?
I thought, Okay, so the scale is off and needs to be re calibrated. So I hopped on one of our empty beds that have scales built into them and weighed myself that way. It read the same thing.
So apparently, some how, I have lost weight this week.
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs
Lost/Gained This Week: - 2.7 lbs
Total Lost or Gained: - 25.2 lbs
