Diet Update....
Nov. 12th, 2009 08:45 amI made an entry on my thinandhealthy group site on Monday describing my disgust with myself over my eating habits.
I ate myself to the point of feeling sick over the weekend, and that was enough to kick my butt. I hope. I have had two really good days and one okay day since. I assume that is what allowed me to have a minimal gain for the week, and hopefully a loss for next week.
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs
Lost or Gained This Week: +.7 lbs
Total Lost or Gained: -19.3 lbs
Dang, I was really hoping not to go below that 20 loss.

I slip when I'm writing (another words, I don't write as much as I should be) and then flood myself when I fall back in line. You are and should allow yourself to over-eat from time to time! It's okay to do that, ya know.
In the end, we all screw up. It's how we learn. If we didn't stick our tongues on that flagpole we wouldn't know it was going to stick the next time we attempted it!
