Diet Update....

disneydream06Well, I did it again. :p
It was one of those weeks where I thought for sure I had gained some weight. Seriously, I was expecting a pound or two.
Surprise… Technically it's a lose, and I am sticking by that. :p
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs
Lost or Gained This Week: - .7 lbs
Total Lost or Gained: - 31.2 lbs
This will be my last weigh in entry until after my vacation. I will try HARD not to gain it all back while I am away, but I am going to enjoy myself.
