I was just reading in the newspaper this morning that...
Tom Cruise got a "deathbed" blessing from Paul Newman to do a remake of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

I am not a fan of remakes to begin with, but according to the article, Tommy Boy wants to team up with his Scientologist buddy John Travolta.
I will be upfront about this, I can't stand Tom Cruise and I don't mind John Travolta. At least John doesn't shove his "religion" down our throats. But to try and picture those two together as Butch and Sundance, I just can't. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fingers crossed the plans fall through. :o

Mr Newman must have been delusional at the time. I can't see either of those two soon-to-be-has-beens in that movie. LEAVE THE ORIGINAL ALONE!!!!!
