I watched the Oscar nominated movie Slumdog Millionaire Saturday night.
It really is a very good movie. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I am not normally a fan of flash back story telling, but it worked for me in this movie.
I have to admit every time "that" music played, I had to chuckle.
I haven't seen any of the other "top" movies for the Oscars, but I would have to say this is my pick.

I was watching Milk this past morning and it was really good. Unfortunately it stopped playing with about 13 minutes left in the movie. ARGH.........
Sadly, I still don't think the Academy will go for a "gay" movie. :( Maybe in the acting it might.
