That is mostly due to cutting back on intake. Gives you a hint of my terrible eating habits. :(
I really haven't gotten my butt started on my walking regimen.

Date: 2009-01-09 12:26 am (UTC)I'm trying a more relaxed strategy this year. I have scales, but I'm not going to be a slave to them; I'll just go by how my clothes fit after so many weeks. I already eat a nicely balanced diet, so I'm not worried that anything is lacking, plus I take daily vitamins. I'm cutting out one "bad" food item every few weeks so that should help, too. I'll adjust my plan as needed.
Much of my problem comes from emotional eating, and not getting enough exercise. I joined the photo community to get me doing something away from my desk; that's a start.
