That is mostly due to cutting back on intake. Gives you a hint of my terrible eating habits. :(
I really haven't gotten my butt started on my walking regimen.

I haven't weighed myself for months now, but I'm pretty sure I still want to lose some weight(or more precisely, fat)

Congratulations ... again! Cutting back is so hard to do. I remember how hot you looked when you lost all that weight a few years ago. :)


I'm trying a more relaxed strategy this year. I have scales, but I'm not going to be a slave to them; I'll just go by how my clothes fit after so many weeks. I already eat a nicely balanced diet, so I'm not worried that anything is lacking, plus I take daily vitamins. I'm cutting out one "bad" food item every few weeks so that should help, too. I'll adjust my plan as needed.
Much of my problem comes from emotional eating, and not getting enough exercise. I joined the photo community to get me doing something away from my desk; that's a start.

Now that my station is back open, I am doing more walking. When we were closed, or if I just get sent to other stations it is usually to sit with confused patients. That is more emotionally straining then physical. But I do a fair amount of running up and down the hall on my station. Answer call lights and then track down nurses. So much fun. NOT.
