Diet Update.....

disneydream06Well, week one is now over. How many more will it take? I wish I could answer that one. ugh...
But you have to love the first week of a diet. You lose a lot and it makes you feel so good. Then there is always someone that has to say, 'but it's mostly water weight'. It makes me want to say, 'thanks for the encouragement'. NOT!!!
Okay, here we go. A drum roll please... I have lost 5 lbs. YEA!!!! For me.
