Diet Week # 19...............

Bad News: I am still in positive numbers for weight lose. :(
Good News: I actually lost weight this week. I was expecting to gain a little more and face the shame of telling you all, but also knowing I was ready to get on the right track. I didn't lose a lot, but it's a start in the right direction. :)
Today's Weight: 244.0 lbs
Total Gained: 3.1 lbs

Question

Then do you have specific plans to accomplish these goals.
For example:
I, will loose 3 lbs per week, as seen by my weekly updates in my livejournal. I will loose 3 pounds per week by 1) Walking exactly 5 miles per day, 2) Not eating anything that isn't a fruit or vegetable with the exception of 8 oz of meat, 3) RUNNING for 10 minutes on a tred mill per day.
My goal weight is 175. I will continue to examine this untill I loose this weight.

Date: 2008-05-14 07:27 am (UTC)When our treadmill was working at home that is when I would use it, after getting home in the morning from work. :) Now with the weather being nicer, I just need to convince myself to get outside and walk. :)
