Well, I don't anticipate reading 50 books this year, but I thought I would share the fact that I have been doing some reading. Here is what I have done so far.

1. The Kingdom Keepers: Disney After Dark, by Ridley Pearson
A novel about kids that save Disney World from the Disney Baddies that are coming to life.

2. Kate Remembered, by A. Scott Berg
A bio of Katharine Hepburn. Technically I started this one last year, but was less than half done.

3. Guilty Pleasures, by Laurell K. Hamilton
Novel about a vampire slayer. According to the cover it's described as an R rated Buffy the Vampire Slayer. :)

I might have to look into that vampire. Currently, I'm reading a erotic fantasy. Something new for me in 2008. It's been an interesting and fun year, to say the least.

Totally read Laurel K Hamilton, I dunno what R rated it but it most certainly becomes an XXX rated series! I love it. Even when there is more porn than plot (after book 10).
Although if you prefer plot over porn I'd recommend Kelly Armstrong and Kim Harrison before LKH.

I don't know, I was and still am a strong fan of Anne Rice. She's done some...wicked...erotica. Sleeping Beauty? Like, whoa. But thank you, mi amiga!

Oh, I saw. I couldn't help but smile as wide as the ocean when I saw it. I loved that scene so much...like, whoa.

You've read Guilty Pleasures? What did you think of it? I loved it so much I've read the entire series, all the way up to number 14.
Actually I think you'll like the series a whole lot more when Jean Claudes ex comes into it...

I really enjoyed reading it. It was a gift from a friend.
I was disappointed that, I think the name was Phillip, was killed off. I was kind of hoping he was going to team up with the main character.
I am SOOOOOO bad with names. lol........
I must look into more of them. But I just started a biography of Charles Schulz of Peanuts fame. So that will take me awhile. lol........

I know! I am pretty certain that I cried when she discovered Philip with no throat... which was really a shame as I was really enjoying the mental image of him all chained up... :D
