I am seriously starting to have doubts about this stupid scale.
I didn't really wrap my head around this old diet of mine until about Monday, so I was really expecting another weight gain of the painful kind. :o
So instead of lost weight. Somebody please explain this to me. :o

Today's Weight: 239.4 lbs

Total Lost: 1.5 lbs

Am I in the Twilight Zone? :p

Diets not only have to do with calorie intake, but also with your body's metabolism & the amount of activity it endures during the week (I'm sure you're well aware of all of this); this activity as well as being purely physical can also be emotional & mental --- which also causes your metabolism to increase ---- maybe you were more active emotionally than usual & then again it could all be based on fluid control: you lost more water weight last week? Diets are tricky & I don't think they're all that reliable. If one stayed on a constant metabolic rate & consumed the exact same calories & water each week, maybe one could have a diet in which the pounds lost or gained didn't fluctuate from week to week. I don't believe that's possible. I hope your bathroom scales are correct, so be happy you lost weight even if you didn't think you were going to.

Well, I use a scale at work, so I am assuming that they keep if fairly accurate. :p
Any lose is always greatly accepted. :)
