Yikes.....

I am acting in The Nutcracker and we open this Friday. I am feeling kind of rotten right now. I think I have been pushing myself to hard and not getting enough sleep. When will I learn I am not Superman. lol... I also found out tonight that I will be doing part of another role for the Saturday performance. One of the party guests is a high school wrestler and his coach won't let him miss a practice so instead he has to miss a show. Does that make any sense to anyone??? So I will have to take over for one of his dances.
In the show I play a bumbling butler. The director has me falling down 2-3 times per show. ugh... My knees are killing me. Is there health insurance in the theater? lol...

WEll, this Superman has got some really sore knees right now. I am really not looking forward to having to fall down on that hard stage again today. At least there is only one show today so I only have to fall down twice. I had to fall down four times yesterday for two shows. I have a really wicked little bruise on my right knee. I am starting to think I will be a cripple before this show is over. whine, whine, whine...
