Diet Week # 2.................

I thought for sure I was going to have gained weight in my first week. :o
Thankfully, I didn't.
Today's Weight: 239.4 lbs
Total Lost: 1.5 lbs

Date: 2008-01-09 07:32 am (UTC)For example: YOu will cut your portions in 1/2. Or you will not eat any candy (regarless of the occasion-i.e. holidays, ect). Or you will work out every day, for an hour or more....
I know you can do this. I have droped 5 lbs since Oct.

I am walking, so far, on my breaks. Depending on the weather, maybe get some outside stuff at home. Kind of dangerous lately. Slick walking. :o
Simple breakfasts, maybe cereal and some fruit, then a fairly regular supper. Munchies are fruits, and veggies.
Hopefully have my head wrapped around things this time and will get it done. :)
