Diet Week # 1.........

So, I did kind of slack off the past week and gained a little more. Darn... Well, today is the start of a new year of getting things taken care of.
Today's Weight: 240.9 lbs.
Total Lost: 0 lbs.
My goal weight would/should be around 175 lbs. That means I need to lose 66 lbs. I know it can be done, but please wish me luck, and send all the mental support you can. :)

I've been pretty steady hanging around 180 since I got back from vacation. I need to get on the ball and get down to 170, what I weighed when I got out of the hospital.
I wont do it eating sausage sandwiches like I did last night!
Hey, btw, I have a friend who may be going to Mayo to have his colon removed. Any chance that might be in your wing?
