Well, maybe if I don't work on my own station again tomorrow night, I will be skipping weigh in this week and have another week to get my act together.
I use a scale at work for my weighing, and for the last two nights now, I have been over at our sister hospital, because my station doesn't want me. Census is down. :(

Mother doesn't have a gym on site....or have connections to one elsewhere?? Time may be an issue, but just walking may not be enough...
