I, on the other hand am back in the decline situation. I was 186 this morning, nearly down to where I was before vacations. I expect to hit new lows starting next week. My three mile walks sure do help!

Date: 2007-05-11 08:13 am (UTC)Change can be a son-of-a-bitch. There seems to be more complaining about gaining weight, then a conservative effort to get loose it, specially since its year 2... although I do applaud the strength to try this long to loose it...
Do you know what your problem areas are: Is it that mom and dad have sweets around the house, is it that you eat at work, or that you stop on the way home and buy chocholate and shove it down your throat before going home? are you walking every day, or excersizing, or doing more strenouse exercising.... look at your life patterns....

I normally don't eat at work. Which I know some would say is part of the problem.
I haven't been good about my walking. Although I have been doing some hour long walks for my breaks at work on many nights. :)
Don't ever think you can't say something. :)
