I know you have stated in the past you tend to BING and PURGE? Have you been watching your eating habits? Also do you do more excercise than just a tred mill?
Ahh, the exercising is where I am falling off the map. I couldn't tell you the last time I was on the treadmill. It works for me, IF I use it. Ugh... After the birthday is over, is my goal to get my butt in gear.

Well, I am going to stuff myself with pizza and cake today to celebrate the old birthday, and then I will do my best to get back on the right track. :o
