Mar. 13th, 2007 05:49 amList seven songs you are into right now, no matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your LiveJournal along with your seven songs. Give a little explaination is you feel like it.
1. "Not Ready To Make Nice" by The Dixie Chicks. I think this one is pretty self explainitory. I back the ladies up 100%.
2. "Christmas in America" by Melissa Etheridge. Another political statement song. She is asking "the man" to bring her baby back home from war.
3. "Under Attack" by ABBA. I love the Broadway show Mamma Mia, and this song was so fun during the show.
4. "Dancing Queen" by ABBA. Enough said. :)
5. "Pour Some Sugar on Me" by Def Leppard. They make for good walking music.
6. "I Run For Life/I Need to Wake Up" by Melissa Etheridge. These are amazing tributes to cancer survivors. They kind of touch me right there, if you know what I mean.
7. "Mamma Mia" by ABBA. Who doesn't love ABBA? :)

I gotta tell you jon, your musical tastes definitely reflect your gay-ness. I realize I don't know you that well, but I find you fun and entertaining and quite gay! It's not just the abba, you mentioned barbara strisand in an earlier post and I thought it then...I am old enough to remember when abba songs first came out, and they were great even then.
I'm glad I found you jon, you're fun!
